Because all items from Golden Child Gems are handmade to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order—I'm happy to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Custom Orders:
Custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged.
